王继琛,男,博士,中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所研究员。主要从事土壤微生物地球化学循环、肥料与土壤养分利用、植物-微生物交互作用等研究。国家自然基金、国家重点研发计划子课题负责人。以第一作者在The ISME Journal, Global Change Biology, Environmental Science & Technology, Soil Biology and Biochemistry, Molecular Ecology等国际知名学术期刊发表多篇论文。
